We kindly request you place your order AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR to the market or delivery. This form is for specific orders for one of our farmer's markets or arranged meet-ups. To order a side of beef, there is a different for form that. Scroll to the bottom of the sides of beef page. If you select meet up, please text us separately to arrange the meet up time and location. Ground Hamburger - How many 1 pound packages ($10 each)
Ground Paleo Blend Hamburger - This is ground beef with approx 20% liver, heart and kidney organs ground into it. How many 1 pound packages ($10 each)
Family Pack of Ground Meats (5 one pound packs) $45 each. NOTE: this is ordering in a multiple of 5 one pound packages of ground meats. Ordering a Family pack saves you $5 over ordering individual one pound packs. Also, to make up a family pack you may select any of the following, (like mix & match): ground hamburger, ground paleo blend, chili meat, ground chicken, or ground pork. Please note in the comments if you want a specific variety. We will otherwise only include plain ground beef hamburger meat. So, if you put 3 in this section = 15 pounds of meat.

Beef Steaks

Steaks can come in single packs or multiple in a pack. Please specify how many steaks you wish TOTAL (and not by weight), and how many you would like per package. Weights vary. If you have special requests, there will be a place for this at the end of the steak section. Please allow us at least one week for special requests.

Beef Roast

ROASTS: Weights vary- Usually between 2.5-5 pounds. Please specify an approximate type and weight. We will try to match your request as close as possible. Please Order by how MANY roasts you want and not by weight. Special requests can be listed at the end of this section.
Chuck ($8 pound) How many roasts? They are usually around 4 pounds each. The value should be the number of individual roasts you want. You may also specify weights of each roast.
Shoulder ($8 pound) They are usually around 4 pounds each. How many roasts? The value should be the number of individual roasts you want. You may also specify weights of each roast.
Picanha ($13 pound) They are usually around 4 pounds each. The value should be the number of individual roasts you want. You may also specify weights of each roast. How many roasts?
Heel of Round ($8 pound) They are usually around 4 pounds each. The value should be the number of individual roasts you want. You may also specify weights of each roast. How many roasts?

Briskets (Usually 7-11 pounds) ($7 pound) Please enter how many you want. The value must be a number. Specify if you would like the tip or plate, and the weight in the comments.

Beef Organs & Bones

Weights vary.
Liver ($8 pound) Ususally in approx. 1 pound packs
Tongue ($8 pound) Usually 2-3 pounds each.
Heart ($8 pound) Usually 2-3 pounds each.
Raw Beef Fat, Cubed ($6 per pound). Usually around a pound per package. Please specify how many packs.
Beef Kidney ($8 per pound). Usually around a pound per package. Please specify how many packs. Discuss weight in the comments.
Bones: Meaty: Shank (with the round marrow bone) Weights and count per package vary. ($6 pound.) Order by how many round bones desired.
Bones: Meaty: NECK. Meat, marrow & Cartliage.Weight and count per package vary. ($6 pound). Order by how many packages desired.
Oxtail: ($13 pound). Meat, cartilage & a bit of marrow. Order by how many packages desired.
Bag of random marrow bones with no meat. Will have marrow and cartilage.($5 pound). Usually at least 3 pounds per bag.
Other
Chicken

Organically raised and fed, no wheat, soy, or corn in the feed. Never given any antibiotics. Pasture raised in the outdoors. No saline solution or water added during packaging. No bleaching. Vacuum packed and flash frozen to ensure freshness up to 6 months.
Whole Chickens ($5.50 pound)

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts: ($12 pound.) Weights vary between 0.6-1.4 pounds. Specify how many packs and approx weights of packs below:
Boneless Chicken Thighs (Skin-on). ($12 pound) in Approx. one pound per pack --.>8 -10 thighs. Please specify how many packs.
Bone-In/Skin On Chicken Breasts, usually 2 in a pack. ($10 pound)
Airline Chicken Breasts: ($10 pound). These are boneless breasts that include the tenderloin and part of the wing, and have the skin on. They are great to bake, grill or stuff. Usually 2 to a pack. Usually around a pound per pack.
Bone-in Thighs. Usually around 8 in a pack. ($8 pound)
Leg Quarters. Usually 2-4 in a pack. Great for grilling. ($8 pound)
Drumsticks 8-10 in a pack ($6 a pound)
Wings 18-20 in a pack. ($6 a pound.)

Made with onion, salt, apple cider vinegar. Cooked for 48 hours at a low simmer.

This is best sausage you will ever eat. Made with top quality, dry aged grassfed beef and clean pork. Made with wine and organic spices. Approximate 1 pound packages (smoked sausages had some moisture lost in the smoking process, which slightly reduces the weight. Also note, smoking may add a touch of natural nitrates). All the flavors start out with the same 50%beef-pork meats. Only the seasonings are different. The jalapeno flavors do have fresh peppers added.

PORK

Our pigs live in a wooded, secure area. They do not have a closed in barn. They are able to forage and roam. They are given an organic feed made from peanut by products. They are not packaged in saline. We do not cure any of our pork products. The bacon is lightly smoked with applewood pellets.
