Pre-Order for Markets or Meetups (2025)

This form is for specific orders for one of our farmer's markets or arranged meet-ups. To order a side of beef, there is a different for form that. Look at the bottom of the sides of beef page. If you select meet up, please email, text or contact us separately to arrange the meet up time and location. Our contact information will be automatically shared once you submit your order. We kindly request you place your order at least 24 hours prior to the market or delivery.

  • NOTE: We do NOT do free deliveries outside of our local area of Crosby, Highlands, Huffman, Channelview. For deliveries outside of our local area, please contact us first. There is a minimum and a delivery fee for deliveries outside of our local area but NOT for local deliveries. Please allow us 7 days for local deliveries or meet ups.

  • Beef Steaks



    Steaks can come in single packs or multiple in a pack. Please specify how many steaks you wish TOTAL (and not by weight), and how many you would like per package. Weights vary. If you have special requests, there will be a place for this at the end of the steak section. Please allow us at least one week for special requests.
  • Beef Roast



    ROASTS: Weights vary- Usually between 2.5-5 pounds. Please specify an approximate type and weight. We will try to match your request as close as possible. Please Order by how MANY roasts you want and not by weight. Special requests can be listed at the end of this section.
  • Beef Organs & Bones



    Weights vary.
  • Chicken



    Organically raised and fed, no wheat, soy, or corn in the feed. Never given any antibiotics. Pasture raised in the outdoors. No saline solution or water added during packaging. No bleaching. Vacuum packed and flash frozen to ensure freshness up to 6 months.
  • Broths, in Quart containers. Frozen.



    Made with onion, salt, apple cider vinegar. Cooked for 48 hours at a low simmer.
  • Beef & Pork Sausage $10 pack



    This is best sausage you will ever eat. Made with top quality, dry aged grassfed beef and clean pork. Made with wine and organic spices. Approximate 1 pound packages (smoked sausages had some moisture lost in the smoking process, which slightly reduces the weight. Also note, smoking may add a touch of natural nitrates). All the flavors start out with the same 50%beef-pork meats. Only the seasonings are different. The jalapeno flavors do have fresh peppers added.
  • PORK



    Our pigs live in a wooded, secure area. They do not have a closed in barn. They are able to forage and roam. They are given an organic feed made from peanut by products. They are not packaged in saline. We do not cure any of our pork products. The bacon is lightly smoked with applewood pellets.
  • HONEY



    Pasture/Wooded areas. No insecticides or herbicides used in the area. Trees: Chinese Tallow, pine, Oaks, cedar, cypress and other wildness. Weeds, berries, wildflowers, hay pasture grasses. Along the San Jacinto River /Hwy 90 area.
