The price is based on the dressed hanging weight. A whole beef $4.75, a half is $4.95, or quarter cow is $5.25 per pound of dressed hanging weight. You will lose about 35% of the dressed weight in processing and aging which will affect your take home yield.

There is a $45 delivery charge within 50 miles from the ranch. Ask for delivery charges further than 50 miles.The liver, heart, tongue, and ox tails will not be included in your order unless ordering whole calf. Delivery time is usually 10-12 weeks.
